Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the Merckit website, checkout, digital unit economics products, seller onboarding, and future service workflows.

Merckit sells digital products and service workflows only. No physical item is shipped.

Acceptance of terms

By browsing the site, submitting a form, creating an order, or purchasing a Merckit product, the customer agrees to these terms, the privacy policy, delivery policy, refund policy, and any country-specific notice linked from the Legal Center.

Products and scope

Merckit provides digital products and service workflows for marketplace sellers, including Amazon and Mercado Libre / Mercado Livre unit economics tables. A purchase may include a spreadsheet-style table, structured assumptions, instructions, onboarding questions, support by email, and related setup guidance. It does not include physical shipment.

Customer inputs

The customer is responsible for providing accurate SKU costs, selling prices, marketplace fees, ad spend, taxes, fulfillment costs, shipping assumptions, discount assumptions, and other seller inputs. Merckit may rely on the information supplied by the customer and marketplace sources selected by the customer.

No professional advice

Merckit provides operational analytics and decision support. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, customs, or marketplace compliance advice. Customers should verify decisions with qualified advisors and current marketplace rules.

Payment, taxes, and access

Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes, card fees, currency conversion, or local charges may depend on customer location and payment provider settings. Access and onboarding are handled through the checkout email after payment confirmation.

Acceptable use

Customers may use purchased digital products for their own seller operations. They may not resell, publish, copy as a competing product, reverse engineer, or redistribute Merckit templates, calculations, product copy, onboarding flows, or service materials without written permission.

Limits of liability

Marketplace fees, tax rules, advertising costs, shipping rates, and platform policies can change. Merckit does not guarantee any revenue or profit outcome. Merckit is not responsible for business losses, lost profits, account actions, tax outcomes, advertising results, or marketplace decisions made by the customer. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Merckit liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected digital product.

Support and changes

Support is available at support@merckit.com, via Telegram @merckit_bot, and through the channel @merckit_com. Merckit may update product scope, pricing, policies, and these terms as the service evolves. Material changes apply prospectively unless required by law.
