Delivery Policy

Merckit products are digital products and service workflows delivered after checkout using the email address provided during purchase.

Merckit sells digital products and service workflows only. No physical item is shipped.

Digital delivery only

No physical item will be shipped. Delivery may include a spreadsheet-style table, structured unit economics template, setup instructions, onboarding questions, email support, or access to the relevant service workflow.

Delivery timing

Standard digital delivery or onboarding starts within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation unless the product page, checkout notice, or support message states a different timeline. Delivery depends on a valid checkout email and, when needed, customer responses to onboarding questions.

Customer information needed

The customer may need to provide marketplace, SKU count, product cost, selling price, marketplace fees, ad spend, shipping, fulfillment, tax, or discount assumptions so the digital product can be configured correctly.

Delivery problems

If the customer does not receive delivery or onboarding communication within the stated timeline, the customer should contact info@merckit.com with the checkout email and order number. If Merckit cannot deliver or activate the purchased digital product, the refund policy applies.
